The burger landscape in the Twin Cities was not satisfactory. No one was making a simple, excellent hamburger. A mission began. Books were read. Courses were attended. Experts were consulted. Trips were taken. But the real understanding of hamburgers has come from the research parties that came to be known as Burger Night.
We are currently looking for the right location to open as a restaurant. We’ll be open late night. We’ll have live music. It’ll pretty much be the same thing we’ve been doing, but structured more sustainably.
We love Minneapolis. After quality and sustainability, our focus will be on sourcing from as close to Minneapolis as possible.
Even after we find a home, Burger Night will continue hosting parties and engaging itself with the local community.
